Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
If you could please clear the area we are going to fit, that will help us begin sooner.
We also ask that if you have any pictures or ornaments in the halls leading to the room where we shall be working, could they please be removed.
Inside the room where we will be installing if there are any items of sentimental or irreplaceable value, please remove them to a different room in the house. If we are working in a bedroom, we will cover the bed in sheets, but it is advisable to remove the bedding entirely.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer is preferred but we do accept cash. however, a small admin charge will be applied if paying in cash.
We take payment in three stages,
10% initial non-refundable deposit to book your place.
60% upon the beginning of your project to purchase materials and build. 30% when the job is finished.

What if something is broken or damaged?
We treat your home with the greatest care. If something is broken or damaged, a member of the team will contact you to discuss the matter further.
How long will it last?
A life time. The materials we use are more stable than real wood so will not warp over time. But fashions do change. That is why the doors and facias can easily be replaced with something new and the furniture repainted.
How do I maintain it?
The paint is all you need to worry about and that will naturally get marks from every day use. Fortunately all
you need to do to, is give the mark a good rub with a cloth and it should come out. Over longer periods of time, you may consider giving your furniture a fresh coat of paint. It is possible to respray inside the home or you can hand paint it.
